Port City Metal Fabrication, LLC was established in 2005 in Theodore, AL. From the very start, our focus has been on delivering a quality product at a fair price, on time deliveries, and building lasting relationships with our customers.  With these successful business practices, we have had consistent annual growth. Today PCMF covers over 10 acres and 50,000 square feet of indoor work area. PCMF performs CNC Machining & Fabrication, Indoor/Outdoor blasting, and Indoor/Outdoor coating/painting. Different grades Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Plastics can be used per customer requirements.  We also provide a variety of field services.  With skilled employees and determination to produce top quality products, PCMF is achieving major goals as a successful and innovative Machine, Fabrication, Coating Supplier.

Port City Metal's objective is to provide its customers with products and services of the highest quality on or before the required delivery date. In order to do this, we developed and implemented a quality management system to ensure all processes of production and documentation can be duplicated. This is done with consistent and documented training and cross training.  The system also addresses management responsibilities, customer requirement and satisfaction, continual improvement, correction and prevention of nonconformity. Our Quality Management System is compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 standard and has been certified by Lloyd’s Register.
