Champion Fasteners, Inc., manufactures and markets stud welding fasteners (70%) and specialty fasteners (30%) primarily for the industrial OEM market. Stud welding products focus on providing a lower installed cost, improved quality and/or improved product design. Champion markets through a national network of independent resellers, direct to several key end users and through agents in several selected geographical areas.  Champion was started in 1990 with a group of individuals who collectively had over 100 years of stud welding experience. Champion's senior managers have an average of over 15 years of stud welding experience each.  Champion's manufacturing capability includes screw machine, punch press, cold heading, thread rolling and CNC processes, along with a full in-house tool room. Champion owns a modern, 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Mt. Holly, New Jersey and actively participates in several job training and School to Work Programs in partnership with local technical schools and county colleges.  Champion's customer service representatives have an average of over 13 years of stud welding experience and stand ready to serve customers with one of the most advanced inventory and quotation systems in the industry.  Champion Fasteners sets the standard for quality weld studs... through state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, a leading edge quality assurance program and a commitment to quality from each and every Champion employee. Champion utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) in the manufacture of many of its products and complies with industry standards such as Mil-S-24149, AWS D1.1, ASME Standards and also with Mil-STD-45208A. All materials are certified and segregated by heat lots, with full traceability. Champion is in the process of obtaining ISO 9000 certification.
