Mid West was founded by Stanton Johns in 1945 and continues today to be family owned and operated.  Mid West, a certified WBE per the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, consists of three operating divisions; Our Headquarters is located in Amanda, Ohio.  Our west coast division in Santa Fe Springs, California was opened in 1961 in order to provide localized production for our growing customer base.  In 1990, Mid West expanded again with the opening of the specialty fastener division in Lancaster, Ohio.  Mid West’s growth and geographical diversity allows us to offer more complex and complete solutions to our customer’s needs.  We have a vast array of unique capabilities, not duplicated anywhere in the world. Further, we have implemented a 5S program designed to improve the operating environment and team member morale. Our capabilities, flexibility and multiple locations combined with our 60 plus years of manufacturing experience gives Mid West’s customers a stable partner for continued growth and manufacturing excellence.
