• 100+ tons of ductile iron castings are melted daily.
• Molds are produced using 20×24 horizontal, high pressure, green sand molding machines.
• Quality system is registered to the ISO 9001:2015 without Design standard.
• 1,500 different castings are produced for over 150 different customers.
• Converting fabrications to castings is a Dotson Company specialty.
• Finished castings range in weight from 2 to 50 pounds.
• Typical production quantities range from 250 pieces to thousands.
• Machining is in-house, in-flow, and specifically designed to handle any casting that can be produced at Dotson.
• Value added service coordination of machining, heat treatment, and painting is a specialty that Dotson customers enjoy.
