Quality Machine & Welding Company

Quality Machine and Welding Co., Inc. was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. John F. Roth, Sr., a machinist by trade, founded the company and remained president until his death in 1976.  After the death of founder John F. Roth, Sr.  his son John F. Roth, Jr. took the reigns to become company owner and president. Under the new leadership the QMW company  focus became structural steel fabrication. From humble beginnings, John F. Roth, Jr., and sons, Jeff and Randy, have developed Quality Machine and Welding Co., Inc. into one of the premier steel fabrication and erection companies in the Southeast.

Quality Machine and Welding has become an industry leader in the production of high quality structural steel with a reputation for excellence at a reasonable cost.  With top management working alongside our professional staff from concept to completion we perpetuate our goal of being the best in the business on each project undertaken.
