Novel Iron Works Inc. is a second generation family owned company that has been furnishing and erecting structural steel, steel joist, metal deck and miscellaneous metals since 1956. By recognizing and anticipating the continually evolving market place as well as understanding the individual needs of our customers, Novel Iron Works continues to maintain its high standards and quality of fabrication in this ever changing industry.

We utilize the latest technology in Automatic Design Connections using a framing plan approach to detailing that directly supports our automated shop equipment. With our state-of-the-art 3D detailing system, the detailer creates a project model in a central database utilizing the SDS/2 Steel Detailing System. We can then download engineering data to any person or piece of equipment for any phase of the project including sequencing, piece marking and revisions.
