Established in 1955, founder Paul Norman, created a Baltimore-based, metalworking machinery distributor—known today as Norman Machine Tool Ltd. Primarily serving the local Baltimore community and surrounding counties in the state of Maryland, the company rapidly expanded its business territory nationwide, and subsequently became globally known.  Now owned and operated by brothers, David and Michael Norman, the family-owned legacy has continued. Known for distributing a multitude of used machine tools, the Norman brothers have grown the business to which now represents over 100 lines of new manufacturers.  In the 1970’s, Norman Machine Tool moved to its permanent South Baltimore location operating 6 miles outside of the heart of downtown Baltimore City. Designed for customer accessibility, the 30,000 square-foot facility is equipped with an array of new and used machinery.  Norman Machine Tool, Ltd. offers a family-oriented business approach that gives every customer in the metalworking & fabrication industry, a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and problem-solving company to rely on.
