Our capabilities include; up to 5 axis CNC machining and CNC Swiss machining services for the medical device industry, contract services, prototyping and production with capabilities of handling turned parts up to 14.5' in diameter x 31' in length and a cube size of 40” x 20” x 20' on milled parts up to 5 axis. We provide the unique precision required by the medical device manufacturers capable of maintaining high tolerances. Production volumes include prototyping, as well as low to high volume production runs.​

MSP manufactures burr-free tight tolerance parts from all types of metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel & titanium alloys. We provide the unique precision required by the medical device industry. Software support for SolidWorks, Spaceclaim, Esprit Swiss, and Mastercam. Utilizing our MRP system, E2 by Shoptech, for job tracking. MSP conforms to the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Chapter I - Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Subchapter H - Medical Devices, Part 820 - Quality System Regulation.
