Premier Spring is a privately owned company that was founded in 1953. Premier Spring currently operates in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility located in Ayr, Ontario, Canada. Premier Spring has over 40 employees dedicated to providing its customers with the best quality and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.  Vision Statement: To be a world class manufacturer of Springs, Wire Forms and Metal Stampings.  Mission Statement: To grow profitably by creating superior values for our customers and employees. This will be achieved through the manufacturing and support of quality on our products North America wide.  Quality Statement: It is the policy of Premier Spring to provide defect free goods and services which will meet our customer’s requirements. To execute this policy, it is the objective of this company to establish and maintain an effective quality program to meet the requirements of TS 16949.  Premier Spring is dedicated to making quality our number one operating priority in everything we do.
