On a sunny Sunday afternoon in 2008, four co-workers got together for a barbeque. An idea was born. After years of working for a pulley manufacturer, we decided it was time to break away. Illinois Pulley and Gear, Inc was created shortly after.  With a focus in customer service and quality parts, Illinois Pulley and Gear, Inc manufactures high precision components. Having over 90 years of combined experience in this industry allows us to continue to grow and manufacture solutions for your needs (one of us actually grew up doing this!).  As of April 2016, we became ISO 9001:2008 certified. We can’t say it was only due to hard work – it was also due to the continued support from our customers.
