In July of 1999 incorporated moving to a 2000 ft. facility in Fairfield NJ, quickly growing out of the space thanks to customer demands moved on to a 4000 sq. ft. facility in Clifton in 2005. In 2015, Hunter Manufacturing returned to Fairfield in our refurbished 12,000 sq. ft. building.H.M.S. maintains the latest Master Cam, CAD/CAM technology, able to convert customer supplied CAD / Solid Model files to CNC files, saving time and money.  Workflow managed using Shop Tech “E2” shop management software.  • Custom Slats / Funnels / Filling Segments / Change partsPrograming / Engineering utilizing the latest versions of Solid Works & Master Cam. Our staff with over 25 years of programming & machining experience, takes pride working with customers engineers working together to help remove the “cost drivers”     While todays CNC machines have become more efficient & faster than ever, machine set up cost still plays a major cost driver with custom machined components. In order to reduce cost, and better control deliveries: Hunter Manufacturing encourages blanket orders up to 12 months in order to take advantage of higher quantities cost savings and better delivery control.
