Caffero Tool & Mfg. Inc. is a 10,000 sq. ft., climate controlled facility located in Gilberts, IL. Founded in 1996 by Paul Caffero after working in the aerospace industry for over 18 yrs. Our specialty is producing Fixtures and Prototypes. Our 3 machinists combined, have over 90 years experience in the metalworking field. The small and well organized facility allows for handling of small orders yet our equipment and team are efficient enough to process larger orders as well.  “We can design and build your next project, help you with the design, or just build to your design. This is followed by ordering material & special tooling needed to produce your product. All parts are thoroughly inspected during and after manufacturing, with special attention given to deburring and packing.
