AFC Tool Company

Frank and Lila Casella founded AFC Tool as a family owned company in 1972. Today now 45 years later under the leadership of son Mike Casella, FC Industries has become a metal manufacturing powerhouse providing Products, solutions and increased efficiencies for a multiple of industries. It is upon this foundation that AFC Tool was born.  In 1983 BarSplice Products was acquired, and again in the late 1980’s growth came again. FC Industries was formed as a holding company for AFC Tool, BarSplice, newly acquired Dayton Precision Punch [in 2012 it was renamed Dayton Precision Aerospace to more close match our capabilities] and newly formed AFC Stamping. FC Industries is now a family owned holding company for the four companies all sharing synergies to multiply their successes.  Today AFC Tool has almost 100 employees (FC Industries boasts more than 300.) While the first orders for AFC came from the many Delco locations in the Dayton area, AFC Tool now partners with worldwide industry leaders. These customers rely upon AFC Tool to develop effective solutions to improve manufacturing operations. The core competency is the design and build of special machines, dies, jigs, gauges, fixtures and Prototypes. Offering a complete turnkey approach, we solve our customers’ toughest manufacturing challenges. Many of our customers have tried competitors and then returned to AFC Tool to provide their much needed advanced machinery technology with the highest quality and within critical time restraints.  Today AFC Tool prides itself in the number of long term customers that return again and again for their much-needed custom tooling of the highest quality and within critical time restraints.
