BVM has been in business for almost 18 years, we are a small family business who strives to support our employees and their families the way we like our family to be supported. We are a training based company and we take on employees that are willing and eager to learn our methods and also teach newcomers the BVM way.  We continue to pursue perfection in our trade, and expect only the best efforts from all employees. In order to ensure quality control our employee performance is held to tight allowances, protecting our integrity and reputation as a first class subcontractor. We work with the Ironworkers union to keep ourselves in a competitive market with an efficient employee pool.  We cater to our clients and support all schedules and deadlines with the utmost attention and aim to provide the highest quality of customer service and workmanship.
