Chris French Metal is a design driven fabrication firm specializing in highly crafted architectural metal.   CFM is a team of designers and fabricators with diverse backgrounds. We are builders, furniture makers, cyclists, chefs and foodies, fly fisherman, parents, machinists, musicians and artists.   Our collective experience has given us a working understanding of current fabrication technologies along with traditional craft methods. We specialize in projects that require thoughtful design solutions and precision detailing. Our palate is diverse, working with a variety of metals: steel, aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, copper and brass. Having working relationships with artists and other professionals allows us to incorporate wood, concrete, glass and other material into our projects.  CFM is a full service shop offering consultation, design, shop drawings, fabrication, finish work and custom patina as well as delivery and installation. We facilitate extensive coordination with architects, engineers, designers and other building trades. Our shop is committed to offering each client a unique experience within the field of custom metal; providing straightforward customer service with artistic vision, superior technical skill, craftsmanship and execution.  Chris French Metal, Inc. is fully licensed and bonded to perform work in the state of California both in the residential and commercial sector.
