We can work with over 50 different materials, including metals, exotic and precious metals, plastic polymers, and other materials. We keep cold and hot rolled steel in stock. Our CNC machining and milling processes include all types of turning, boring, broaching, and more. Our full variety of lathes and fixturing options enables us to meet your unique requirements. We also do in-house fixturing and tooling. We have 3, 4 and 5-axis machinery. All of our equipment is of the highest quality and produces the most accurate results. They all feature the most technologically advanced capabilities. We can work with tolerances up to ± .001 inches. At Porter's Group, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. With our 15 machining centers, we can handle large volume runs, without compromising speed and quality.

At Porter's Group, we are proud to offer custom press brake forming services for heavy, large, small, and offshore components. Our facilities feature over 20 press brakes. With a huge range of materials from which to choose, we expertly handle forming, press braking, punching, PEM insertion, and up-bending. The up-bender process is similar to press braking, but inverse, whereby the part is bent up instead of down. We can work on parts ranging from 20 to 400 tons. Our custom press brake forming services are available for parts up to 20 feet long and .5 inches thick. We can handle prototypes through high-volume production runs, and are ISO, Mil-Spec, and RoHS certified. We can provide exceptionally fast turnaround times when required. We take the job seriously, and assure perfection each and every time.
