Chico Metal Finishing, your premier Anodize and Powder Coat service provider. We have routes developed for pick up and delivery from Sacramento to Redding serving much of Northern California. We want to be your finishing partner in the modern American metals manufacturing process. Our capabilities are as follows:  Anodize - Decorative, sulfuric acid anodize Mil-A-8625 Type II. Colors available, Red, Pink, Gold, Blue, Purple, Green, Black, Gray, and Clear.  Hard Anodize - Tough, dense, very wear resistant - Mil-A-8625 Type III Colors available, Black, Gray Blue, Deep Maroon Red, undyed or Clear.  All anodize coatings are available with a Teflon coating for added lubricity.  Powder Coat - A tough, durable plastic coating. Heat cured and ready to use, available in thousands of colors and textures.  Precision masking of all anodize and powder coated finishes.  Chromate conversion coatings in clear and gold, commonly known as Alodine. Clear chromate coatings are trivalent chrome based and ROHS compliant. Gold chromate coatings are hexavalent chrome based and are compliant with Mil-C-5541.  Glass bead blasting using different media sizes to accomplish different appearing mechanical finishes prior to anodization. Very smooth satin finishes are the result.  Pick up and delivery in our modern vans along our routes throughout Northern California. We also ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and several common freight carriers.
