We are manufacturers of custom harvesting equipment for the fresh vegetable industry.  We have an in-house Repair and Job Shop that serves the Salinas Valley and Monterey Peninsula.  We provide retail sales of steel, truck and trailer accessories, and harvester parts.Valley Fabrication's Design Team has considerable expertise in: Off road vehicle design Mobile hydraulics Vehicle power train design Vegetable harvest requirements and strategies Field haul trucks and trailers Automation Process optimization on a mobile platform Valley Fabrication's Design Team can develop a complete new harvester or modify an existing design according to your requirements. We have numerous examples of successful harvesters that were designed, built, and delivered to the customer in a 4-month time frame.  Solid modeling software is often used to generate an accurate computer model of a new harvester. This allows the customer to 'see' the harvester before it is built. Most changes are made before any drawings go to the shop floor for manufacturing.
