E. & J. Metal Supply

E. & J. Metal Supply first opened it's doors in July of 2004 and was founded by brothers Efrain and Jose Mendoza. After working in the metal business for more than twenty-seven years, the two brothers decided to open a steel yard of their own. They both put their minds to it and ventured out to make their dream come true.     Those were exciting times for the Mendozas'. Everyone chipped in, anyway they could. Moms, sons, daughters, the rest of the family and friends. Everyone was so proud of the birth of the family business. After five years, E. & J. Metal Supply moved it's steel yard from the 2414 Vineyard Ave location, which by then was Auto Parkway, to it's present location at 610 Rock Springs Road.  ​  In the summer of 2013, Jose decided to part ways. Shortly after, Efrain asked his life time friend, Antonio Anzaldo, to join him in the family business. Antonio has been a man of business for numerous years. Antonio is just like family, he is Efrain's children's godfather and as kids, Efrain's children always referred to him as uncle Tony. And continue to do so til this day.     As we head towards the future, E.&J. puts Yessenia Mendoza, Efrain and Amparo's daughter, up front and center. Yessenia was appointed as part owner in 2017.    She will lead us into the next phase of the family business.  ​  As the years have gone by, E. & J.'s core values remain the same; Teamwork, Loyalty, Customer Service and the importance of Family. We work together to get the job done in a timely manner. We remain loyal to providing quality metal at a great price. We take pride in offering excellent customer service. We are reminded constantly that business, as does life, has its ups and downs but at the end of the day what's most important is that we have each other.
