Other companies often quote unrealistic lead times in an attempt to get the sale. We pledge to do our very best in quoting lead times that are as accurate as possible to assist you in getting your project completed on time. Please call us when placing your order for stair parts to check on stock and lead times. Many items can leave our warehouse within 3 or 5 days. Once an item leaves our warehouse, in-transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days. This means that in-stock items are normally delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that a business day is not a calendar day and does not include holidays or weekends. Many of our wood parts are American handcrafted. These items usually ship in 10 to 14 business day
