Well-Link became the Taiwan's only agent of KAWAKIN oil damper KYD in 2013. KAWAKIN oil damper KYD has better performance and the stability with altitude, absorbs the wind power and the seismic force energy effectively, simultaneously gives dual attention to the security and comfort, causes the building structure avoid the destruction, the distortion, provides a fuller safeguard to the life and the property.

Lead Rubber Bearing applied on Building:
In 2008, Well-Link cooperated with National Taiwan University about the technical production for lead rubber bearing, and applied 19 sets lead rubber bearing with diameter 900mm installed on the civil department building successfully. The building is also the first building that applied the isolated building certification in Taiwan.

LRB and Pot Bearing applied on Bridges:
We have much experience on the bearing's design and production, for example:projects of THSRC, Kaoshiung Rapid Transportation and National Expressway No.6, and the LanSi Bridge in MiaoLi County, and the No46-2 bridge in Nantou County.

The Corrosion Protection:
The bearing consists of Steel components, and some area is exposed to the environment directly, Well-Link products using metal arc spray as the corrosion protection system, which is the most reliable protection system as specified in BS5493.

Quality Control:
All the bearing will be sampled to test in specification, and tested by a third party which been certified as an accreditation body(Ex: TAF, DAP,..etc.)

Corrosion protection

The metal arc spray protect the metal successfully, if and only if the surface treatment reach SIS Sa 2 1/2 class, and the roughness shall not less than 60μm, otherwise, the metal arc spray just flake off immediately. Compare with painting system, the most different point is the painting system can be verified at beginning, Unlike the pairting system, you may only verified after few months. 

• Aluminum coating 0.08mm to 0.15 mm thick, both sealed and unsealed gave compete base metal protection form corrosion for 19 years in sea water and in severe marine and industrial stmospheres.
• Unsealed zince coatings required 0.3 mm minimum thickness to give complete protection in sea water for 19 years. In severe marine and industrial atmospheres, 0.23 mm, of unsealed zinc or 0.08 mm to 0.15 mm of sealed zinc gave 19 years of protection.
