- Support to the Community: In 1998, due to the tax benefits offered by the National Government in what was known as the Páez Law, a new plant was built in the North of Cauca, deciding to work with personnel from the region, from communities affected by the poverty and violence

After more than 15 years of operation, our working population is made up of 48% of people from Northern Cauca and over the years we have increased the offer of formal employment, generating progress for their communities.
