Result: Workable solutions for all concerned – at project sites, across businesses, and in local communitiesEEM worked with an Ontario-based energy generator and re-seller to plan and facilitate a sustainability risk and opportunity assessment workshop with senior management.The mandate involved designing and leading a business risk and opportunity assessment exercise with senior management from all business divisions. A considerable portion of the mandate focused on stakeholder outreach strategy, specifically to sales and marketing employees, vulnerable customers, and key supplier partners.

EEM’s social risk assessment methodology demonstrated the linkages between key business issues and their impact on various divisions of the company, which both facilitated increased coordination of risk management information and more effective collaboration on strategic planning across departments.
