Established in 1996, Cap-Thin Molds services injection molding clients in the Caps, Closures, Cosmetics, Food Packaging, Medical and Thin Wall Containers. We offer complete 'art to part' services that include plastic product design/development, prototype and production molds. Our specialty is highly complex, multi-cavity high efficient production molds that require fully interchangeable components. Cap-Thin Molds is conveniently located beside the International Airport in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In September 2012 Prosin Molds (established in 1996 by Cyrus Jebely) & Cad-Tooling (established in 1997 by Zdenek Studnicka) merged and created Cap-Thin Molds. Created to respond to the increasing demand for innovative and cost effective solutions for plastics injection molded products in the plastics industry.  Expanding client base in the Caps, Closures, Cosmetics, Food packaging, Medical and Thin wall containers. Management team (3) has a combined experience of almost 70 years in the injection molding industry.
