Ultimate Recycle LLC was formed in 2013 to manufacture and sell a viable cold mix asphalt produced by using as its main ingredient a material generally considered to be industrial waste.

We are a small, growing company, with offices  in Monrovia, California and a  production plant in nearby Irwindale. Our expanding customer base includes Southern California Edison,  Martin Container Services, The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, Shamrock Supply Company, the City of Montebello, and others.

Because making RU-1 Cold Mix does not involve heat, heavy oils or new aggregate, our manufacturing plant is compact --- and can even be truck-mounted and  completely portable.  This means that the production plant can go to where the RAP is.

It also means that, if the RAP and the place where the cold mix is needed are close to each other, trucking and storage costs can be greatly reduced.As the quality and competitive pricing of our Cold Mix becomes increasingly recognized, we will be using more RAP.  Hopefully, we'll become known as the folks who helped make those piles of unused street grindings disappear.
