Our Sheet Metal Department includes a Mitsubishi Laser, Mazak Laser, Flow Waterjet, Amada Vipros 255 Punch and  pressbrakes to meet your cutting and forming needs.Our Fabrication Department has 10+ welding stations to include Mig, Tig, Heliarch and stick welding.  We have a Lincoln System 30 Robotic Welding which combines speed and reliability with consistent quality welds.  Also available is a Peddinghaus Anglemaster.   It has a 75 ton capacity with a maximum angle size of 6” x 6” x 5/8”.Our Machine Shop has a multiple types and sizes  of CNC Mills and Lathes.  Our newest additions are the Eurotech Lathe and an Okuma OSP P200 Mill.We have a variety of finishing operations to get your parts looking just the way you want.  They include Powder Coating, Painting, Tumbling, Polishing, Bead Blasting and Engraving.  We also have sources for zinc plating and galvanizing
