Starting in 1991 as the head brewer for the Red Kettle, one of San Diego’s first breweries, Rob soon moved on to equipment design and fabrication with the delivery in 1992 of Pizza Port’s Solana Beach brewery.  In 2000, Rob and Michelle Soltys established Premier’s modern manufacturing facility in Escondido, California, where they brought together a team of professionals dedicated not only to producing innovative, industry leading designs and products, but also to fostering and maintaining the highest customer satisfaction in the industry.  Over the past 15 years, Premier has built and installed complete breweries, tanks, and keg washers for customers around the globe.
