Boman & Kemp Manufacturing has been providing quality steel products to both the residential and the commercial building industries for over fifty years.

Our Rebar Department is a full service fabricating facility that includes detailing, shearing, and bending of rebar. We supply rebar for many large projects throughout the Western United States each year.

Our Structural Steel Department specializes in detailing and fabrication for custom residential as well as large commercial projects throughout the Western United States.

Our Window System Manufacturing Department produces patented basement window egress systems that provide light and safety to basement living space throughout the United States and Canada. Boman & Kemp produces the majority of the products at our production facility in Ogden, Utah and also operates a distribution center in Joplin (Baltimore) Maryland.

The Kemp family has had an interest in aviation for many decades and as a result of that interest they have established several businesses at the Ogden-Hinckley Airport in Ogden, Utah. Today, the Kemp family owns and operates Kemp Jet Services, The Ogden Gateway Center, and Ogden Mountain Valley Aviation.
