Prothane Inc. has specialized in the custom manufacture of polyurethane products since 1965. They operate out of a 12,000 square foot facility using state-of-the-art equipment and employ 11 specialists in urethane manufacturing, mould making, machining and customer service. Our broad range of castable polyurethane formulas have been developed in response to the specialized needs of customers in such diversified fields as aerospace, automotive, nuclear, military, manufacturing, mining, pipeline and water and waste treatment. We also serve their local community, distributing products to small “mom and pop” stores. Prothane Inc. can assist you in every phase of the development of superior polyurethane parts. Wherever metal, rubber or other materials are stressed by their environments, a custom urethane part will reduce your maintenance costs. In Prothane Inc. some cases, Prothane 129 Polyurethane will outwear metal parts by a ratio of as much as 10 to one. Given the original part, and a description of its application, Prothane Inc. can provide custom moulding and individualized quality control. Prothane Inc. is very excited about the new purchase of Amathane Inc., a urethane shop that was located in Brampton, Ontario. Bringing all staff over to the Milton location has strengthened the company and helped them focus on the future. With a diverse product portfolio and the ability to provide custom manufacturing of polyurethane products, We will continue to expand to meet people’s needs from coast to coast.
