West Michigan resident Roger Miedema incorporated his family-owned business in 1972. His son Tom Miedema took over in January 2002. While officially retired, Roger continues to provide valuable insights and input as his schedule allows. He still keeps up-to-date in the construction business.     As current president, Tom Miedema now handles business-related functions for the company, including construction management and cost estimating. With more than 25 years of experience, he has contributed greatly to the growth of the family business and the prominence and popularity of metal building system solutions in West Michigan.
