Founded in 1935, Seeback Roofing & Sheet Metal Limited has been providing our customers with customized roofing using the latest in industry technology and practices since 1935. The Deck & Siding Division was added in 1984. This division has grown both in size and reputation and we have gained many repeat customers.  We specialize in new roofing, reroofing, roof maintenance, steel deck and siding for industrial, commercial, institutional and high rise construction.  With over eight decades and three generations of roofing experience, we have built a reputation of excellence with developers, architects, general contractors, roofing consultants and building owners.  We are committed to maintaining the highest industry standards in product value and workplace safety.  We are proud of our corporate commitment to complete all projects on time and on budget.  Our company is currently insured up to $10,000,000.00 and additional insurance can be arranged if required for a specific project. Bonding can be obtained upon request.

We have no proprietary products or systems to limit our recommendations. Our commitment is to provide you with the best products for your roofing, sheet metal and metal deck/siding needs.  When budgeting for your project, we can offer our “Packaged Services” which combine our roofing, steel deck and siding expertise for the most competitive quality and price.  In new construction projects our work is performed as a sub-contractor. In roof replacement or restoration we undertake projects as a prime-contractor. When acting as a prime-contractor, we handle sub-trades such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painters, etc.  Seeback uses the Ontario Industrial Roofing Certificate Association (OIRCA) workmanship warranty, as well as all applicable manufacturers’ membrane warranties, which are available upon completion of every project.
