Pentaflex, Inc. is a contract manufacturer of metal stampings and assemblies located in Springfield, Ohio. Specializing in heavy gauge and highly formed components, Pentaflex supplies the commercial truck, automotive, medical and off-rod industriesamong others. In addition to providing stamped components, Pentaflex also offers a complete range of value added services including welding, machining, parts washing and the assembly of purchased components.

Utilizing mechanical, hydraulic and servo drive presses, Pentaflex can easily work with materials up to .500 thick in carbon and HSLA steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass. Pentaflex uses progressive, transfer and hand transfer tooling to process material through the stamping operations.

In addition to the quality and tooling departments, Pentaflex has a complete professional staff to insure that customer orders are processed according to schedules and that changes are accommodated and communicated with all necessary personnel. Pentaflex uses PLEX SaaS as their ERP system and has EDI capabilities.
