ATD was incorporated in 2001 by a team of highly experienced tool designers and manufacturing personnel who recognized the need to provide a structured and reliable tool design service to original aerospace equipment manufacturers (OEM). Having gained a solid reputation in Tool Design, Test Article Design and Manufacturing engineering in Aerospace, ATD can offer services for Engineering Design of Aerospace components and to other key industries. ATD has contributed to the design and manufacturing of tools used for everything from Canada's space arm to the latest aircraft, such as: Airbus, Bell Helicopter, Bombardier & the Falcon Jet to name a few. ATD presently has staff located in several cities including Montreal and Toronto. We are able to place personnel anywhere in the world. ATD is located in Montreal, the hub of the Canadian aerospace industry. ATD is a member of Aero-Montreal, Quebec's aerospace cluster of companies which focuses on working in unison to attract more business to the region in conjunction with Universities and a large pool of skilled labor. ATD has partnered with Universities to perform R&D research.
