Throughout those early years, we were pioneers in the art of producing sponge rubber from new synthetic polymers. Today we pride ourselves in being one of the most innovative and efficient manufacturers of molded sponge and dense rubber products in the country.  Because of our commitment to offer the latest technology to our clients, we are consistently updating our engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Johnson Bros. is well equipped to develop and test rubber compounds. We provide standard SBR, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Polyisoprene, Natural and Epichlorohydrin compounds and will custom formulate products to customer and ASTM specifications. We offer extruded closed cell sponge from different compounds and are able to vulcanize all extrusions into endless gaskets.
