Rynz Innovative Tooling

Rynz Innovative Tooling was established in 2008. In the early beginnings, Rynz Innovative was confined to a garage and shed at Rayner Haupt’s house. This was during the time of the recession, when many businesses were leaving the industry, Rayner persevered. At the same time, Rayner was also an instructor at a Community College. 

Rayner has over 30 years experience in the mold making industry. His experience enables him to generate full mold designs. In 2012, Rayner bought a 40 ton Nissei injection molding machine and within a short period of time he was producing high quality parts.

In 2014, Rayner moved into a 6,000 sq. ft. facility located at the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport and hired a mold maker. Following the expansion, Rynz Innovative acquired a 250 ton Nissei plastic machine, allowing the company to handle larger part sizes. Rynz has just recently purchased a 154 ton Nissei plastic machine, which now allows the company to carry on production for multiple size parts. 

We have state of the art equipment which enables us to produce high quality molds in a consistent and timely fashion. Our modern process offers a turnkey solution. Our goal is to work with existing and new customers to help grow their businesses and better their communities.
