TSE is a third generation, family-owned company founded in 1962 by Walt and Helen Klingel.  (Photos below).  Their son, Robert R. Klingel, Sr., serves as TSE's C.E.O. Rob's three sons run the day-to-day operations of TSE: Richard 'Rick' Klingel is TSE's President, Robert R. Klingel, Jr. runs TSE's Engineered Polymers Division, while Louis 'Brad' Klingel runs TSE's UHMW Sheet Division, TSE-OK

Check out our available jobs here.    The Klingel Family has always supported the Tampa Bay Community.  Rob & Diane Klingel received the 2016 Award of Excellence from Ronald McDonald House Charities, which pays tribute to outstanding role models who give of their time to charitable causes.  In 2002, the Klingel Family Foundation was established to increase this effort to facilitate charitable giving to a wide range of organizations,  Since its inception, the Foundation has given over $1,200,000 to Hospice, Ronald McDonald House Charities, All Children's Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, the SPCA, and many others.  The Klingels have been strong supporters of Ronald McDonald House since 1999, annually sponsoring both the Storybook Ball and Charity Gold Classic, having donated $375,000 over the years to support the stays of pediatric families.
