Our engineering and laboratory staff are always available to you.  Our modern manufacturing facilities include continuous length extrusions in rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, along with special fabrication and finishing departments.  We also provide a modern die cutting facility and a complete compression and injection molding operation for unusual shaped rubber parts.  Delford maintains an in-house laboratory to formulate the right compound for your needs. Whether you already know the specs or just the physical properties required we can determine the most cost efficient compound.  Custom mixing at Delford means the compound will match the formulation selected and minimize waste. We produce many elastomers including Butyl, EPDM, Hypalon, Neoprene, Pure Gum, Natural Nitriles, SBR, Silicone and others. We’ll also match colors.
