B&R Auto Parts began officially in 1984, though the business had been a bustling auto parts depot since 1962. (Thus, the store and salvage yard have actually been in continuous operation for 52 years.)

Mr. J.R. Rasco purchased the company in 1984, bringing his long experience in and enthusiasm for the auto parts industry. Though the business name changed in the transaction, the operation of serving customers throughout the region continued and improved under the new management.

The company also began a full-service repair shop which operates adjacent to the parts and salvage operations. B&R also grew in serving customers farther and farther away as it became known for its expansive inventory and capable salvaging operation. Today B&R ships throughout the United States, as well as limited international shipments within the Americas. Customers in the West Texas region can visit our store and parts yard, and anyone can use our online store to locate what they need.
