UCC Industries International

In 1995, our parent company UCC Industries International (UCCI) started as a small industrial products distributor located in Pickering Ontario, Canada, just east of Toronto. In the beginning, UCCI represented Unistrut and Lindapter products exclusively in the province of Ontario. From these humble beginnings we have grown to become a top tier supplier to many of the Fortune 500 companies in North America.   Due to our success in servicing the Lindapter requirements of customers in Ontario, UCCI successfully increased our geographic territory to cover the whole of Canada. During the next 15 years, the Lindapter division of UCCI grew to become one of the largest Lindapter distributors in North America. As our reputation among the engineering community increased, we built on a solid foundation to become known as the 'Lindapter Experts'.   In 2010, as the USA was in the midst of the worst recession in recent memory, the owners of the company made the strategic decision to expand our Lindapter business into the USA. Our confidence in the success of a world class product during the recovery of a the world's largest economy, gave us the confidence to build upon our past successes.   To better service the needs of current and future Lindapter customers, we incorporated a new company in October 2010, called UCC Steelwork Connections (UCCSC). Our vision was to offer the same level of customer service and product knowledge to the market in the USA. This change was quickly followed by the opening of our first office, in Wilmington, Delaware.

In November 2011, we opened our third fully staffed location in Trenton, New Jersey to better service the needs of our customers in the north-east USA.   As our business has grown and our reputation for excellent customer service and high quality engineering assistance has increased, it became apparent that we would again need to expand to ensure we maintained our service levels. On April 1st 2013, we moved our Trenton location to a new purpose built facility in Syracuse New York. This fully staffed, stocking location allows us to offer even higher levels of customer service. At this time, we also appointed Mr. Brian Bayda of Nazareth PA, as our Technical Sales Engineer.. Mr. Bayda comes to us with a very strong background in industrial product sales, including a previous sales position many years ago, whereby he sold Lindapter Steel Connection Systems . With Brian's extensive knowledge of the Lindapter system, we are confident that he will be a great addition to our team.
