In-house inspection is asme certified to perform ultrasonic testing, charpy testing, hardness testing, radiography, pmi, magnetic particle and other type of nde. Uni-form components’ maintains asme section viii division 1 and 2 certifications. UNI-FORM COMPONENTS’ precision forming equipment produces heads ranging in thickness from 1/4” – 7 1/2” in a variety of shapes. Diameters as small as 6 5/8” OD and up to 60’ have been produced. From the average to the complex, heads have been produced in Carbon, Stainless, Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Aluminum, Chrome- Molybdenum, High Nickel Alloys and Cladded Steels.
