Our goal at BT Metal Fabrication is to provide high quality metal fabrication services. All of our in house fabricated equipment is professionally designed, hand fabricated, TIG welded, thouroughly & professionally cleaned, electro-polished, passivated, & cleanroom 100 packaged, right here in beautiful Southern California.   We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service, and in the products we design, fabricate, & offer on our site. 

Our shop foreman & owner has been an active Millwright by trade for 17 years & counting. His knowledge of metalworking, welding, & fabricating is very extensive. He holds many certifications for pharmaceutical, food & beverage, & industrial processing plant design, fabrication, & installation of equipment. He is an active union journeyman, which is why we are thankful to have him with us the short amount of hours we do each week fabricating for our shop & clients. 

We offer custom high-grade stainless steel fabrication, welding, cleaning, & polishing services. We also stock various stainless steel fittings, gaskets, filters, valves, & parts.  We carry a standard range of parts for most closed loop systems. We carry NPT, JIC, Compression Tube, Sanitary Tri-clamp, & other types of fittings.
