130 Jones Boulevard, La Vergne, Tennessee, United States | Steel/Iron

Robert and Georgianna Russell founded Quality Industries Inc. in 1972 in Nashville, Tennessee. Stainless steel food service equipment and class seven and eight truck component parts were the company’s first product lines. Over four decades, Quality Industries has evolved into an integrated contract manufacturer providing innovative engineering services, quality component parts, sub-assemblies and finished products to a diverse customer base.   In 1984, Quality Industries relocated to our current facility on the outskirts of Nashville in LaVergne, Tennessee. The company has gradually increased its total manufacturing area to approximately 267,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art facility includes three separate paint lines with a wide range of capabilities, 5,000-watt lasers, manual welding cells, robotic welding cells, CNC punches, press brakes, stamping presses (up to 600 tons), integrated assembly cells and metal finishing cells.  In 2011, to strengthen our abilities to serve our customers, we opened a plant in Denton, Texas.  In 2015, we decided to expand our presence in Denton and developed plans to move to a larger and newly constructed facility.  In early 2016, we finished the execution of those plans and moved personnel (50 employees), assembly fixtures, and new metal fabrication equipment into this new facility (of 86,000 sq. ft.).   Quality Industries continues to follow a calculated and aggressive growth plan to increase both capacity and capability. We are consistently working to deploy the latest manufacturing equipment and technology. We seek to lead the independent metal fabrication industry with our emphasis on engineering excellence and innovative application of technology and processes that maximize value for our customers and profitability for our company. These pursuits are what excite us about the future.

Quality Industries is dedicated to continually improving its environmental, health and safety compliance policies and procedures. We avoid hazardous processes involving heavily chlorinated solvents and heavy metal pretreatments. We prioritize the safety of people and of the environment through a full-time Environmental, Health and Safety Department within our company that is devoted to worker health and safety, as well as environmental protection and recycling. When it comes to human and environmentally friendly codes and practices
