Green Knight Property Preservation is a family owned and operated green junk removal company. We work with landlords and real estate agents to clear out leftover furniture, appliances, and trash to ensure your property is move-in ready. We also work with home owners wanting to declutter their life.

The company’s founder Ray Insley has spent most of his adult life working in the landscaping field. He left his landscaping career to work for a large junk removal franchise in 2012. He learned a lot about the business. He loves seeing the joy that he brings decluttering people’s homes by freeing up space. He is passionate about recycling and repurposing as much as possible.

In 2016, he found a way to marry his two careers by launching his own company Green Knight Property Preservation. Over the years, he found that many of the realtors and property managers that were referring and hiring him needed both landscaping cleanup and junk removal. So many times, realtors need the property cleaned up and decluttered before listing.

So many property managers find that after a tenant vacates the property, that the yard hasn’t been maintained and there is a lot of contents left behind that need to be removed before listing again. Green Knight Property Preservation became that solution. Green Knight can arrive on site to a property to trim back all of the bushes, hedges and trees, pick up all debris from the yard and remove the junk and debris in the garage, attic, basement etc.
