MAJONA STEEL

Iowa Steel Fabrication (dba Majona Steel) is a steel fabrication and manufacturing company located in Osceola, Iowa. We operate from an efficient and modern 50,000 sq ft facility constructed in 2008. Our primary product range includes transport tank trailers, steel storage tanks, and pressure vessels. We also fabricate custom steel platform systems, ladders, railings, fall protection systems, and structural steel framing systems.  Majona Steel is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certified facility with the qualifications and skills to build pressure vessels up to 10,000 psi. We hold an R (repair) stamp as well as a U (manufacturing) stamp. We are also certified by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) to register our transport trailer products directly. Our skilled production employees are certified to the ASME welding and quality standards.  In addition to a modern facility and highly skilled work force, we have a significant assortment of sophisticated fabrication equipment. Some highlights include: an ESAB high definition plasma cutter with a 10' X 45' bed; an ESAB sub arc robotic welder; a 10' wide BIKO 4 roll, dual pinch rolling machine that is capable of conical as well as cylindrical shapes; a 12' 350 ton press brake; a 12' X 12' shear; 4 overhead crane systems rated at 10 tons lifting capacity each, and a 6,000 sq ft temperature controlled paint room.
