Emerald Steel Processing was founded in 2001 by Chuck O'Brien to promote North American Leadership in Steel Processing for the cold heading industry. We strive for exceptional quality with a commitment to a defect free product, on time delivery and exceptional service. We are a service oriented steel processor specializing in Just in Time (JIT) programs designed to reduce inventory levels at the end user. This enables us to supply JIT raw material to our customers to meet their fast paced industry needs.  Emerald is constantly reviewing its procedures and processes for continuous improvement. Our systems enable us to provide our customers with accurate and timely communications of customer owned inventory and shipments. Emerald has the ability to provide our customers with advance shipment notification (ASN) using EDI.
