Newton Heat Treating (NHT) is truly an extension of your company and will work to your exact specifications on every type of aluminum alloy component from small hardware to large structural parts. NHT offers its customers equipment, service, testing and a competent staff unmatched in our industry.

Our niche is Service and Quality; and since we are a NADCAP and ISO 9001:2008/AS9100 fully accredited aluminum heat treat processor, traceability is not a problem. All of our furnaces are continuously monitored by both a computerized multi-point data logger along with state of the art paperless chart recorders.

NHT offers a complete Check and Straighten/Forming Department that will work from your fixtures, splashes, prints or mylars.

We also offer our customers 'Custom Quenching'. NHT will supply the proper type of quenchant whether it may be Hot or Cold water, spray, or glycol at different concentrations to match your part specifications. NHT was one of the first commercial heat treaters to use polymer quenching and took the product from the experimental stages to full production use on all of its air furnaces.

Newton Heat Treating is still leading the way in emerging technologies with processes such as Cold Stabilization / Uphill Quenching and can provide a real solution for distortion of all aluminum alloys during machining. NHT's system approach to managing residual stresses and its controls over this process utilizing X-Ray diffraction are again unmatched in the Aluminum Heat Treating Industry.
