Kennedy Tool & Die was started in 1960 in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania and is a full service manufacturing facility that carries substantial raw material inventories to meet the needs of our customers. With over 50 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing customers with exceptional service and the highest quality products. Our focus is to constantly improve our manufacturing processes while continuing to offer competitive pricing and on-time delivery.

Many of our customers have been with us since we started in business over 50 years ago!  In fact, we manufactured the first set of blow molds for the world’s largest blow molded bottle manufacturer and they are still a valued customer today. You will find products manufactured from our molds all around the world. These products include but are not limited to: Ice Chests, Detergent Bottles, Safety Products, Plastic Drums and Industrial Bulk Containers.

While we continue to grow in the blow molding industry, we have a strong position in the Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming Industry as well as the Structural Foam Industry. We also offer specialized services such as Gun Drilling and Specialty Manufacturing of custom parts with complex shapes. Our company is constantly looking for new areas of growth that will utilize our strengths of complex machining to better meet the demands of the marketplace as well as our customers.
