Rexite Casting Company specializes in the finest quality Aluminum Sand Castings, serving a number of Fortune 500 companies. Castings are carefully produced to exact customer specifications using Hunter automatic molding machines with automatic mold handling equipment capable of producing castings from 1 ounce to 15 pounds.

Our molding department is complimented with an up-to-date melting department using both electric resistance furnaces and gas-fired furnaces, pouring alloys 319, 356 and 713, Tenzaloy. Parts can be heat treated. Alloy specifications can be certified if required.

Our grinding and finishing department finishes, inspects, and prepares castings for shipment, giving all castings a wheelabrated finish. Machining can be provided.

Patterns can be obtained. We will provide design and layout. Over 100 years experience, since our founding in 1916, insures that patterns are engineered and designed to obtain maximum production.
