Milners Anodizing

In 1983 Hewlett Packard’s Santa Rosa operation decided to outsource its anodizing.  Production manager Denny Milner purchased all of their equipment and set up shop a few miles away. Within a few months Denny decided his cohort at HP, Terry Burson would make a better entrepreneur and sold the business to Terry.

Terry directed Milner’s growth and development for over 20 years until his retirement in 2007 when Vanessa Valentine and Mike Marian purchased and assumed leadership of the company. As accomplished engineering and manufacturing veterans, Vanessa and Mike saw opportunities to take Milner’s to new heights in quality, service and client partnership, and expand its service offerings over time to meet the growing needs of its customers.
