Master Cast, Inc.

William Guerin, George Wondriska, and Sam Casanas founded Master Cast in 1969. The original foundry was located along the Fox River in Batavia, Illinois. As business and the need for space grew, the company bought the former Lingren Foundry building in Batavia. Guerin bought out Wondriska and Casanas in the 1970’s and today the company is run by his sons Brian and Tim.

Master Cast would like to be your single source supplier of permanent mold aluminum castings. In our 35 years of experience we have cast-in everything from bolts and studs to electric heating elements and stainless steel tubing. We commonly pour alloy 356 and 319 and manufacture castings ranging from a few ounces to 100 pounds.
